		<description>While I agree with all your points, it may actually be quite difficulty to find someone with all of the above PLUS the right values and attitude PLUS industry knowledge etc.
Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc are tools that achieve an outcome, and you can learn these tools.  It may be more important for a business to hire someone with &#039;traditional&#039; marketing experience, a smart head on their shoulders and an in-depth knowledge of the customers and company business.  You could always get in an external consultant to develop the strategy then leave it to the manager to implement.</description>
